It is vital that we move new policy and try new solutions.
A provider’s mental health journey could benefit from our service. Together we can move the needle in burn-out, depression, suicidal ideation, and suicide rates in the medical community. Better mental health for providers means better outcomes for patients. (Tawfik et al. 2018)
